Summer Big Band!

Bainbridge has a Big Band! This summer, a group of 25 musicians from Bainbridge and other Kitsap County areas were brought together by Central Washington U. Sophomore (and BHS grad!) Casey Whitson to form a Big Band. The group simply titled themselves "The Summer Big Band" with the goal of entertaining with jazzy hits like 'Fly me to the Moon' and 'In the Mood' in an end of the summer concert. On August 12th, they attracted a crowd at Waterfront Park on Bainbridge. Next summer, they plan to form again and 'wow' people even more! Keep your eye out for "The Summer Big Band!"
